RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Return

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping & Fees

If the item is not defective and the correct product was sent, customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping or restocking fees in these cases.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original item and place a new order for the desired product.

EU 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
