Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the item is not defective and the correct product was sent, customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

To exchange an item, return your original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds
